Better Sleep.

When your first grader is diagnosed with four separate sleep disorders, you find yourself rapidly becoming an amateur sleep expert.  We learned about every supplement available (and tried most of them), and the neurologist tried a slew of prescription meds.  But even more importantly, we learned firsthand how impactful poor sleep really is.  Our little girl was falling apart. . .and it was largely due to the lack of restorative sleep.

“How much CBD should I take?” is one of the most common questions we get at Healing Green Farms.  There’s no hard and fast rule about dosing CBD for sleep.  It’s really all about finding your sweet spot. . .experimenting for about a week at a time until you notice improvement.   When you’re taking CBD primarily for sleep issues, we recommend taking a full 1 ml dose about 30 min before lying down.  This gives time for the CBD to enter your bloodstream and reduces the likelihood of digestive upset.
