FOR WEDDINGS

Payments and Cancellations:

If your event date is less than 60 days in the future, payment in full including the $500 cleaning/security deposit is due at the time of booking.

If your event date is more than 60 days in the future:

A $500 deposit holds your date for 30 days.

1/2 of the total cost of the event is due within 30 days of reserving your date.

The final 1/2 is due no later than 60 days prior to your event.

The initial $500 is held as a cleaning deposit, and is returned to you within 7 days of your event, provided the venue is left in good condition (you will be provided with a checklist.)

If payment in full is not received by the final due date (60 days prior), your cleaning fee and initial payments will be forfeited, and the reservation will be cancelled.

You may reschedule your event 1x by choosing another available date within 1 calendar year from the original date, but no later than 90 days prior to the original date.  There is no fee to do so,  however the event must be paid in full before a new date can be secured.

Events that are cancelled more than 6 months prior to the scheduled date will receive a refund, less $500 admin fee.  Events cancelled less than 6 months from the original date but greater than 60 days are not eligible for a refund, however any unpaid balance will be forgiven.  Events cancelled less than 60 days are not eligible for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are an outdoor venue with inherent weather risks.  We do not give refunds due to weather-related cancellations, however we WILL work with you to reschedule your event at a later, available date for no additional charge.
